SLP Return Policy
Parts must be returned unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of invoice date. After verifying that the returned merchandise meets these criteria, SLP Performance Parts will, at its discretion, issue credit minus a 15% restocking fee.
Parts that have been issued an RGA must be packaged properly for return to SLP. We must receive them in the same "new condition" as they were originally sent out, so they can be put back in stock and resold as new.
Any MISSING parts will be charged for and deducted from the credit along with a 15% restocking charge. Parts that are returned and have been MODIFIED or DAMAGED will NOT be accepted for credit. SLP will notify you so you can decide what you'd like done with the parts.
Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from invoice date. RGAs may be obtained by calling the Customer Service Department (855-757-7373) between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm ET Monday - Friday.
All returns must be shipped prepaid, with the RGA number marked on the outside of the carton. C.O.D. shipments will be refused.
No returns on electrical, clearance items and/or installed parts.
A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on non-deliverable shipments.
We have knowledgeable, technically qualified sales people staffing our phones to ensure prompt processing and shipment of your orders.
All prices listed are FOB Michigan and do not include shipping charges. Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped UPS ground or Truck Freight.
